On Community

People are asking us - on Discord - what is going on. No matter who those people are and what their intention might be, we should start answering. Better, we should start communicating with low ambition to achieve anything. Understand it as an exercise of community relations. Even if no one listens or cares.

This communication should not come from a single person but rather be a public dialog. It should span across channels, tools and topics. It should be useful, transparent and most of all humble. Let’s stay sober above all. The motto is  #builtinpublic

The channels we should cover are

Email
Telegram Channel (TGC)
Discord Channel (DISC)
Twitter (TW)
LinkedIn (LI -> should come from Tim, Christian and Thinh)

As with  remote collaboration  this is mostly about building habits.

To start I suggest we simply take turns

Simply write what you have been working on in the last 7 days. Change format. Length according to channel. Additionally, everyone should like/share each other's posts. In the case of twitter, I will use the Grindery account to retweet.
